Marvel Life Projects
Role: Project Manager, Art Director and Creative Leader
A few details
I led and managed a range of high-impact commercial campaigns, with a focus on advertising videography and photography for clients in luxury sectors — including jewelry galleries, eastern cuisine restaurants, and other premium brands in Marvel Holding.
These campaigns balanced commercial goals with strong artistic direction, resulting in visuals that elevated brand presence and customer engagement across digital and print platforms.
Project Manager, Art Director and Creative Leader
In these projects, I served in multiple roles:
• As Creative Leader, I shaped the overall concept and visual narrative, ensuring alignment with brand identity and target audience.
• As Art Director, I oversaw the visual execution — from moodboards to final shot compositions — guiding teams of photographers, stylists, and editors to deliver compelling imagery.
• As Project Manager, I coordinated all phases of production, from client briefings and scheduling to post-production and delivery, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time delivery.
Shaping the visual style of a project. As an Art Director, I was responsible for translating concepts into images — deciding on composition, color, lighting, wardrobe, props, and how everything looks on camera. I guide the creative team (photographers, stylists, set designers, etc.) to ensure the final visuals align with the brand and vision.
Creative leadership goes beyond visuals. It’s about developing the core idea behind a campaign, making sure it connects emotionally and strategically with the audience. As a Creative Leader, I lead brainstorming, define tone, mood, and messaging, and ensure that every element — from copy to visuals — works together conceptually.
My position was HR Manager in Marvel Holding, and because of my experience in media, I did the Management of the Marvel Studio for a while and the result was perfectly in the line of the holding’s improvements.
I was trying to make everything happen smoothly. I plan timelines, manage budgets, coordinate teams, solve problems, and keep everyone aligned from start to finish. It’s about turning creative ideas into real, delivered projects — on time and on brief.

• Bridge business goals and creative execution, ensuring campaigns align with brand strategy and deliver measurable impact.
• Personally built the studio team from scratch, hiring and onboarding a full creative crew including photographers, videographers, editors, makeup artists, stylists, hair stylists, jewelry specialists, and later expanding to social media and digital marketing managers.
• Used my HR expertise to identify each team member’s strengths, working style, and creative potential, enabling me to lead with empathy and create a culture that fosters collaboration, trust, and high performance.
